5.- Authorize any of the Administrators to proceed with the certification and publication to the public, if appropriate, of the adopted agreements, carrying out whatever procedures are pertinent in order for them to be registered in the Commercial Registry, and may even request their registration. partial registration and in any case to correct, clarify and\/or complement the deed that is formalized, in view of the verbal or written qualification carried out by the Commercial Registrar.<\/p>
